What should I wear?

You should wear anything that you are comfortable training in! Our floors are covered with training mats so you don’t even need shoes there!

 

How old do I have to be to train?

You must be over 18 for the adult workshops, and at least 14 years old for the teenager workshops (coming soon ^^).

 

I’d love to join, but it looks a bit intimidating - what can I expect?

First and foremost, our instructors and members are the friendliest bunch! Everyone at SHE FIGHTS BACK® is there to have a good time and the programs are catered so that you won’t fall behind. We constantly go over the basic techniques until they become instinctual. We have members of all age groups and fitness levels  so no matter who you are, you’re bound to fit right in!
